David Pechmann is a talented violinist who was born into a musical family and started playing the violin at a very young age. He began his musical journey at the age of 5 with a private teacher, and at 6 years old, he joined the music school in Klagenfurt, where he studied under the guidance of Raphael Kasprian.
As he progressed in his musical education, David was accepted into the Conservatory of Klagenfurt, where he received violin lessons from Prof. Brian Finlayson for several years. Continuing his dedication to music, he is currently pursuing further studies in violin at the Gustav Mahler Private University, where he is learning from Prof. Anna Morgoulets.
Beyond classical violin, David also has a keen interest in jazz and improvisation, which he is exploring with the guidance of violinist Maximilian Grosch.
David’s passion for mastering his craft has led him to participate in multiple masterclasses with renowned violinists like Pavel Vernikov, Benjamin Schmid, Svetlana Makarova, Josef Hell, Sebastian Müller, and many others. These experiences have enriched his musical skills and understanding.
Additionally, in 2022, David became a part of the organization Live-music-now, through which he performs concerts for charitable causes. This demonstrates his commitment to using his musical talents to make a positive impact on the community.
